Employment at will Employment at will is a mutual understanding in form of an agreement between employer and employee, this agreement stated about the tenure of the office of the employees and how they terminated or resigned from the work (Miller & Hollowell, 2018). The simple meaning of employment at will is every employee have the right to resign from his/ her duty of the office at any time, due to any bonafide reason or without any reason, and at the same time, the employer also has the right to terminate any employee from his office on any bonafide ground or without any cause (Miller & Hollowell, 2018).
